We will support you, but in return you must abide by certain rules:
- You take part in consultation meetings.
- You show up on time and prepared for your appointments with us.
- You let us know in advance if you cannot come or are late for an important reason.
- We record in writing what we agree with you during the consultation. Then we all sign and confirm that we want to keep to the agreements (e.g. apply regularly, go to measures, ...).
- You can be reached by us (if your email address / phone number changes, please let us know).
If you do not follow the rules, then your money may be cut.
